One of the ways of dealing with the shortage of engineering talent that still hasn’t been implemented by most organizations is the hiring of youth. Even faced with the difficulty of dealing with Generation Z, especially with young teens, there is immense potential in employing people whose minds and creativity are as flexible as possible. This is particularly the case for those born into the digital world who have at least as much command of technology as the generation before them.
The interview focuses on the employment of young people to technological positions, including the challenges involved, the adjustments that need to be made and the amazing potential in talent that this kind of step could have for a technology company.
