The Nielsen Marketing Cloud always manages to recruit candidates that are a perfect interpersonal fit for the company, and that’s how they maintain the organization’s internal DNA – all natural and virtually without any need for external intervention.
In order to achieve this, they have developed a unique recruitment process that focuses first and foremost on interpersonal suitability. They use a flat hierarchy model, which involves different parts of the company in the recruitment process. Anyone involved can veto a candidate at any point in the process.
The process itself involves paying special attention to candidate experience, which afterwards turns into employee experience. It’s fascinating to listen to Liat Amidan Mann, Senior HRBP at Nielsen, who explains their unique process better than anybody.
